  • Health Impact Program (HIP) Benefits - eligible State of Arizona employees, including university faculty and staff, can earn as much as $200 by participating in the Health Impact Program, an incentive-based employee wellness program. HIP includes programs for physical, financial, personal and professional well-being. It encourages prevention as the first line of defense against chronic disease and helps individuals to manage pre-existing conditions.
  • Employee flu shots. View the ASU flu shot schedule for benefits-eligible faculty and staff on ASU Events. Non-benefits-eligible employees can also receive flu shots for $40, payable in cash, check or credit card.
  • Qualified Tuition Reduction - Qualified tuition reduction program allows a reduced in-state tuition fee for credit courses at ASU, NAU or UA.
