Dissemination of Research Findings

Dissemination of research findings is an important aspect of the grant life cycle and research process. Research results should be shared so that they can benefit other researchers, students,  and the greater community.

Federal sponsors are increasing their expectations for measurable results. They are concerned with broader impacts and how the research can be applied in different settings with different populations.

With this in mind, the dissemination plan should go above and beyond mere conference attendance to share results.  The plan needs to have both local and national exposure, identify collaborators, and target broader audiences.
